In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with.

The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opp. party no. 2 i.e. learned Board of Revenue, U.P, Lucknow, to decide the revision no. 146/L. R/1996-97, District-Deoria, computerised case no. R19970938009832, Ram Chandra vs. Surendra and others under section 219 of U.P. L. R. Act 1901 expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice."

Taking note of period of pendency of the revision in issue and para 458(2) of U.P.
