Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide/expedite the Case No.1107 of 2022 (Nagina Vs. Abrar), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Badlapur, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur within a stipulated time or in a time frame.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
