1 . None appears for the petitioners despite the notice being affixed indicating that the case would be taken up at 2:15 P.M.
2 . Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorari to quash the FIR dated 05.07.2024 bearing FIR No.0190 of 2024 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao.
3 . This Court vide order dated 16.01.2025 was of the view that the matter may be sent to the Medaition Centre of this Court.
4 . Subsequent thereto vide order dated 20.01.2025 the matter had been sent to the Mediation Center of this Court.
5 . As per the report of the Mediation Centre dated 29.05.2025, the mediation has been competed but no agreement has been arrived at between the parties meaning thereby the mediation has failed.
6 . Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Shri Ravi Shankar Mishra, Sub-Inspector Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao dated 20.10.2025 states that a charge-sheet dated 07.01.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority on the same day i.e. 07.01.2025.

7 . Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
