Whether the deceased was involved in agricultural activities on the agricultural land of the father or not, is a factual issue. A finding has been recorded by the concerned authority that he was neither recorded khatedar nor was involved in agricultural activities as 'bataidar' or 'pattedar'.
We can not go into such factual issues which will require evidence to be led. The petitioner may avail other remedies as per law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
