1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"i.) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no- 1,2 and 3 to initiate steps to vacate the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata no.1232/0.0.0400 hectare recorded in revenue record as "Khad Gaddha" land of Village and Pargana Chulambha (Hisampur), Tahsil Kaisarganj, District Bahraich from illegal encroachments, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villagers, in the interest of justice. "
2. Considering the averment that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code are pending, present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the said proceedings with all expedition, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
3. This order has been passed in the presence of Shri V.D. Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
