This petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"I-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the opp. parties/ police not to harass the petitioner in absence of any F.I.R. lodged against the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 20.01.2025 received from Shri Pradeep Kumar Gangwar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that there is no FIR in the matter, therefore, the question of harassment by police does not arise.
