2. Present writ petition is filed by petitioner for the following primary relief:-
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. Party No.2 to transfer the investigation in Case Crime No.0266/2024, U/S 506, 504 & 354 I.P.C. P.S. Beniganj, District-Hardoi as well as Case Crime No.450/2024, U/S 87 and 137(2) B.N.S. P.S. Beniganj, District-Hardoi from Police Station Beniganj, district Hardoi to another police station of district Hardoi, or any independent agency for making free and fair investigation in the matter so that the petitioner could get justice."
3. Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit with regard to active investigation made in the case.
