Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that for implementation of the order of status-quo of this Court, the Police had stopped the work and the revenue team has also inspected the site where both the parties have informed that after the work has been stopped by the Police, no one is raising any construction. The copy of the instructions (enclosing therein the statements of some of the applicants and other side) has been provided during course of the day (which is taken on record) and the photocopy of the same has been provided to learned counsel for the applicant today itself.

Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

Notice, if any, stands discharged.
