Heard Sri Vidhu Bhushan Kalia, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Kushagra Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, the learned counsel for the opposite parties No.1 and 2/U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow and perused the records.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite party no.2/Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority to decide petitioner's application dated 29.10.2025 for recall/revision of recovery certificate bearing no.1/203103/2025 dated 08.07.2025.

Keeping in view the nature of reliefs sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite party no.3 is dispensed with.

The learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 stated that the petitioner's application shall be decided expeditiously.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the opposite party No.2/Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2025 for recall/revision of recovery certificate bearing no.1/203103/2025 dated 08.07.2025 expeditiously after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
