Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing counsel for the State - respondents.

In view of the proposed order, notice to private respondents is dispense with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the respondent No.1 -Tehsildar, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya to decide Case No.477/2024, computerized case No.T-202404230400477 titled as Sandeep Yadav and others Vs. Tulsiram under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no.1 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya is directed to decide Case No.477/2024, computerized case No.T-202404230400477 titled as Sandeep Yadavand others Vs. Tulsiram under Section 34 of U.P.
