Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned State counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 02.08.2024, passed by opposite party no.4, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition;

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parities to not to create any type of hindrance in peaceful functioning of the petitioner as Assistant Development Officer (ISB) Block Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar;

iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to implement the impugned transfer order dated 02.08.2024, passed by opposite party no.4, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. ....."

Application has been filed seeking withdrawal of writ petition.

For the reason indicated in the affidavit filed in support of application for withdrawal of Writ Petition, which is allowed .

Petition is therefore dismissed as not pressed without any adverse effect upon benefit already granted to petitioner.
