Applicant being accused has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the order dated 20.04.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge IV, Raebareli in Criminal Revision No.138 of 2015, titled Smt. Krishna Devi Vs. Ramanand and another .

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. is present.

A perusal of paper book would reveal that the complainant filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to police to register F.I.R. and investigate the alleged crime. However, the same was dismissed on 14.05.2015 by Judicial Magistrate Ist, Court No.17, Raebareli.

Aggrieved against the said order, the complainant invoked the revisional jurisdiction before Session Court and the order dated 14.05.2015 was upheld by dismissing the revision petition on 20.04.2019.

Challenging the said orders, present petition was filed in the year 2019, but no interest has been shown so far by the complainant, as the prayer was never pressed. With the passage of time, it seems that the complainant has lost interest in the case and the cause of action does not survive any more.

Thus, the petition is dismissed, as no ground is made out to invoke the inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 CR.P.C.
