Heard Sri Vipin Pal, the learned counsel for the petitioner/Akash Kumar Kashyap, Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned State Law Officer and Sri Gaurav Awasthi, Advocate, who has put in appearance and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Ragini (Detenue) in the Court today, which is taken on record, as well as perused the record.

The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):-

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the opposite parties to produce the petitioner Ragini before this Hon'ble Court.

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to release the petitioner."

In terms of this Court's order dated 02.12.2025, Ragini (Detenue) and petitioner/Akash Kumar Kashyap are present before this Court duly identified by Sri Vipin Pal, Advocate and Sri Gaurav Awasthi, Advocate.

In terms of this Court's order dated 02.12.2025, a draft of Rs. 30,000/- has also been handed over to Ragini (Detenue) in the Court today.

Taking note of the statement of Ragini (Detenue) present before this Court that she does not want to accompany the petitioner/Akash Kumar Kashyap, through whom the instant petition has been filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition for the main relief(s) sought, quoted above.

The instant petition is accordingly dismissed .
