Learned Standing counsel has submitted that a compliance affidavit has been filed on 12/19/.11.2024 enclosing therein the order dated 22.06.2024 passed by the respondent in compliance of the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy against the order dated 22.06.2024 passed by the respondent.

As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

Notice, if any, is hereby discharged.

It is always open to the applicant to avail the remedies, as may be permissible under the law.
