- Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
- The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
"(i). Issue an order or direction to the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ambedkar Nagar to decide the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner Under Order 39 Rule lof The C.P.C. bearing no.7Ga-2 in Original Suit No. 313 OF 2024, " Dulari & others Vs Pakhandi " pending since 06.04.2024 before him with in stipulated period of time."
- Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
