Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in compliance of the earlier order of this Court, the amount of Rs. 5 lakh has been credited in the account of the applicant and thus, the applicant does not want to press the present case and the same may be dismissed, as such.
In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
