This Criminal Revision under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed challenging the order dated 09.10.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1159/2022 (Shivani Gupta Vs. Anubhav Gupta), passed by the Additional Principal Judge-4, Family Court, Lucknow by which the application for recall of the order dated 03.08.2023 filed by the revisionist has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has stated that the parties have settled the dispute amicably outside the court and in terms of the settlement, this court has already quashed the proceedings arising out of Charge Sheet No.01/2022, Case Crime No.0259/2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406, 377, 307 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, Police Station Vibhuti Khand, District-Lucknow vide order dated 01.08.2025, passed in Application U/S 482 No. 6279 of 2025 (Anubhav Gupta Vs. State of U.P. & 2 others) and therefore, the present criminal revision may be dismissed as not pressed.

Taking note of the aforesaid, the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
