Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2, Mr. Ravi Singh, learned counsel for Pharmacy Council of India-opposite party no.3 and Mr. D.K.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

Petition has been filed challenging order dated 06.12.2024 as well as communication/order dated 10.12.2024 pertaining to rejection of petitioner's approval by Pharmacy Council of India. A further prayer for a direction to Pharmacy Council of India to grant approval to petitioner-institution for conducting D-Pharma course for Academic Session2024-25 has also been sought and for inclusion of petitioner-institution in the last round of counselling for the said course.

Learned counsel appearing for opposite parties however submits that the counselling process of aforesaid course for academic session 2024-25 has already been completed on 03.01.2025 and therefore prayer numbers C and D cannot be granted.

At this stage, learned counsel on the basis of instructions does not seek to press prayer no. A and B and submitted that petitioner may be granted liberty to approach Pharmacy Council of India with a fresh representation.

Considering innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner-institution to approach Pharmacy

Council of India by making a fresh representation which may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
