Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:-

"I. Issuing a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to commanding the opposite parties to make the payments of arrears of salary to the petitioners in regular pay scale to the post of Godam Chowkidar w.e.f 19.08.2008, the date from which the juniors to the petitioners were given regular appointment and salary to the post of Godam Chaukidar (Class IV) with all the consequential benefits including post retiral dues etc., by keeping the word 'Notional Service' in abeyance within some reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
