Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned to consider for payment of salary alongwith arrears on the post of Assistant Teacher and for regular salary.

Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Ambedkar Nagar, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
