Mr. V.K. Bajpai, learned State Counsel has appeared on behalf of the opposite parties.

Petition has been filed challenging order dated 04.08.2025 whereby petitioner was transferred from Lucknow to Sitapur on the post of Office Peon.

Initially, by means of order dated 16.09.2025, operation of impugned order had been stayed.

¶13

Learned State Counsel has adverted to the short counter affidavit dated 26.11.2025 to submit that the impugned order has thereafter been withdrawn by means of order dated 17.11.2025.

In view of such circumstances and submissions, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon this petition which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effect upon benefits already granted to the petitioner.
