The learned A.G.A. has produced before this court a copy of the report dated 02.12.2025 submitted by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Jhansi as per which the applicant is the biological father of the daughter of victim allegedly born because of the offence committed by the applicant.
The aforesaid report having been brought to the notice of this court, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
