Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is ready to argue the case before the court below, however, be may be permitted to inspect the case dairy, F.I.R., Charge-Sheet and important document in Case No. 01A/2009. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the case is fixed for 19.12.2025, however, due to some personal reasons, he is ready to argue the case finally on 22.12.2025.

Sri Anurag Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of instructions, has stated that the learned counsel for the applicant may peruse the F.I.R., chargesheet and statements of the witnesses.

In view of the above, nothing survives to be decided in this case. Learned counsel for the applicant will be allowed to inspect the case diary, F.I.R. and chargesheet on or before 22.12.2025.
