Heard Ms. Meha Rashmi, learned counsel for petitioner, Shri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Issue involved in the present writ petition is already engaging attention of this Court Writ Tax No.56 of 2023.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has already deposited Rs.60,00,000/- of the demand raised under the recovery certificate with respondent no.6-Tehsildar, Ghaziabad, U.P. and the receipt thereof is filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. She further submits that balance amount of Rs.30,00,000/- shall be deposited within two weeks.

Issue notice to respondents no.7 to 12 returnable at an early date.

Respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period along with record of Writ Tax No.56 of 2023, Writ Tax No.11 of 2024 and Writ Tax Nos.1065 and 612 of 2019.

Further demand against the petitioner shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
