The petitioner wants compliance of the revisional order passed by the State Government which is dated 10.11.2022.
We are surprised that this order has remained uncomplied for so long.
Let District Magistrate, Rampur comply the revisional order contained in Annexure no.1 to the writ petition if there is no legal impediment positively within six weeks. If there is any legal impediment then the same should be informed to the petitioner in writing within the same period.
Pleadings be exchanged between the parties within eight weeks.
