1. Shri Jyoti Kumar Rai, learned counsel says that his client is in occupation of the premises in question in respect of which notices have been issued vide Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition, but, he has not been arrayed as an opposite party herein. Moreover, he informed that some civil suit was filed by his client which was decided in 2022 against which an appeal has been filed which is pending. He wants to move an application for impleadment.

3. List/ put up on 02.12.2024 as fresh.

1. Learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Ayodhya shall produce the relevant records on the basis of which notices have been issued, as, this Court would like to know as to whether before issuing such notices any on the spot inspection was done. If so, whether the clients of Shri Rai or any other persons were found occupying premises in question. If it is so, then, why notices had not been issued to them.
