It is a case of impounding of passport on the ground that there are eight criminal cases against the petitioner, which could not be noticed as the application was processed and accepted in "Tatkal Yojana' .
Petitioner's counsel submits that show cause notice which is impugned herein, has been received only yesterday.
Let petitioner respond to the show notice which shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken accordingly.
