This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the opp. party no.5 and 6 in matter they extortion game of the petitioner and providing land without jurisdiction and destroying the crops of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."
Issue notice to the respondent nos.5 & 6, returnable at an early date.
The petitioner shall take steps both ways within a period of two weeks and file an affidavit of service within a period of four weeks.
