"Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to get the encroachment removed over the Chak Marg Gata No.494 situated in Village Katra Lalganj, Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi after making proper enquiry and the said Chak marg with Nali be constructed so that the petitioner as well as the people of the vicinity may not suffer inconveniences."
