1. Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Padam Ranjan Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar Tomar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
2. The instant petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 30.1.2019 passed by opposite party No.2 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this affidavit.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding/directing the opposite parties not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question."
3. Since, the remedy for filing a revision petition is available to the petitioner, in view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition.
4. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
