Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents and Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order dated 27/05/2024 passed by opposite party no.3 by which he has rejected the claim of the petitioner for providing 20% rebate to the petitioner towards her permanent disability in compliance of the government order dated 08/07/2009 issued by the State Government to all the Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board and all the Vice Chairman of All Development Authorities in the allotment of Awas/Flat in the Yamuna Apartment under the Siddhartha Vihar Yojana to the petitioner, as contained Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.

(II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to refund the amount of 20% rebate towards permanent disability to the petitioner in pursuance of the government order ated 30/01/2008 & 08/07/2009 along with 14% interest in the allotment of Awas/Flat in the Yamuna Apartment under the Siddhartha Vihar Yojana to the petitioner."
