This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"(i). issue of a writ of mandamus or its likewise whereby directing the opposite party no.04 to decide the representation of the petitioner enabling the petitioner to get the physical possession in respect of the Gata No.263, admeasuring 9027.64 sq.mt situate at village Phulwariya Shahpyr, Pargana & Tehsil Nanpara, District Shrawasti, duly purchased by the petitioner through auction dated 19.10.2023 from the Punjab National Bank."
Learned counsel for the Bank as well as the State respondents shall file short counter affidavit indicating the reasons as to why the delivery of the actual physical possession to the petitioner has not been given.
