Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.14.

Under challenge is the order dated 06.05.2024 passed by respondent No.1, whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner has been rejected affirming the order passed by respondent No.2 dated 18.08.1992.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the property in question belonged to one Shri Goverdhan Lal. During the consolidation operations in the village, Goverdhan Lal sold his property to Smt. Phoolmati by means of a sale deed dated 10.03.1981 relating to plot Nos.970 and 741. Since, the sale deed executed in favour of Smt. Phoolmati was in the teeth of Section 5 of the U.P.C.H. Act, 1953, consequently, upon the closure of consolidation operations, Goverdhan once again sole some part of his property by means of a registered sale deed dated 02.08.1982 relating to plot No.970 in favour of the petitioner- Vijay Pratap Verma. Insofar as the other plot No.741 is concerned, Goverdhan had sold the same by separate sale deeds in favour of Dwarika Prasad and Bhairav.
