Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :-
" (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Raebareli, i.e., respondent no.2 is contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, i.e., District Magistrate, Raebareli consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2024 contained as Annexure No.3 to this writ petition in the interest of justice."
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. One week's time thereafter is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing rejoinder affidavit.
