1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.M. Singh Royekwar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Oil Company.
2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 05.06.2024 passed by the Opp-party No.3, the true copy of which is contained as Annexure-1 to the writ petition."
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Land Evaluation Committee has wrongly mentioned the land of the petitioner, that he has offered, to be on the right hand side of Lucknow- Varanasi Highway, whereas it is on the left hand side.
4. Let a counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the respondents within a period of three weeks.
5. One week's time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
6. List this case on 09.08.2024.
