This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order/ decision dated-19-07-2023 (Annexure No.-1 to the Writ Petition) of committee constituted under the chairmanship of respondent no.3 by means of which the claim of the petitioner's husband Late Ram Milan under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana" was wrongly rejected/ declared ineligible"
Learned Standing Counsel is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
