"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by Respondent No.3 along with its annexed report dated 12.10.2023 more-fully annexed as Annexure nos.1 and 9.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 13.05.2023 passed by Principal Secretary, Department of Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow-respondent no.1 after summoning the records.
