1. Heard Shri Suresh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Shri Virendra Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

1. This writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-

"(i). writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 20.04.2024 contained as Annexure No.-1 to this Writ Petition ;

(ii). writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties Nagar Palika Parishad either to allot the shops or to return the amount deposited by the petitioners of Rs. 1,50,000/- each along with 18% rate of interest till the actual payment."

1. Learned Standing counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit.
