"In the present matter, the Opponent Insurance Company namely Care Health Insurance Ltd. (formerly as Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd.) is ready to settle the both claims of the Complainant for an amount of Rs. 4,50,196/(2,07,141/- 2,43,055/-) as sum insured of the policy is only Rs. 5,00,000/- for the period of 01-09-2020 to 31-08-2021 and the Complainant has already received Rs. 49,804/ in the previous claim of his son for his hospitalization at Kashi Hospital. Also all the claims were filed in the same policy period. This amount will be paid without any interest, cost and compensation and upon condition that the Complainant herein unconditionally withdraws the present complaint.
The Opponents will pay the amount of Rs. 4,50,196/- to Complainant via Cheque
towards full and final settlement of claim (for Claim No. 91997204-00 & 91993672- 00 ) within 1 month from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of the order of the unconditional withdrawal of the present complaint. The Complainants accordingly withdraws the present consumer complaint against the Opponent Insurance Company."
