1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State respondents and Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for Noida.
2. Petitioner raise a grievance with respect to allotment of vending zone. Petitioner has been operating business at vending zone situated in District Noida and claim his rights in respect of the said vending zone. Factual disputes being involved, matter may be more appropriately looked into by the Grievance Redressal Committee at district level constituted by the Noida Authority.
3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the observation, in case petitioner approaches the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, that grievance may be addressed in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months therefrom.
