1. On oral mention made by counsel for the petitioner that the matter is extremely urgent, we called for the record of the case and it is being heard in presence of learned counsel for the parties i.e., Sri Udit Chandra for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Kumar Singh for the respondents.
2. Sri Udit Chandra, after making brief submissions, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies and to press for restoration of the previous writ petitions, which as of date stands dismissed in default.
3. The prayer made is allowed.
4. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer.
