- Heard Shri Ram Prasad Nigam, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
- This writ petition has been filed with the following relief:-
"(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.2 to 5 provide compensation to the petitioner as per government order dated 08.07.2021 which is issued by Addl. Secretary, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh in respect of unnatural death which is caused by snake bite."
- Learned Standing counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit.
- Two weeks thereafter is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
