Ms. Prachi Arya, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Abhinav N.Trivedi, counsel for the opposite party, has pointed out that the petitioner namely, Aayushi Jain, has already preferred Writ C No. 3045 of 2024 before this court, but, this fact has not been disclosed by the petitioner while filing this writ petition. Thus, submission is that the instant writ petition is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone.
From perusal of the records, it transpires that the registry of this court has also raised defects with respect to memo of the parties, but, the same has also not been removed, thus the petition is defective.
In view of the above, the writ petition is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
