In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with.

The present petition has been filed for the following main relief(s):-

"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the opposite party no.2 and entry the name transferable land rights revenue records / Khatouni Fashely year 1425-1430 land gata No.- 103/15 area 0.2530 Hectare, Village- Baina Teekarhar, Tehsil- Fatehpur, ParganaKursi, District- Barabanki, Under Section 76 (2) (3) Utter Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 2006 allotted the patta/ lease named of the petitioner agriculture land U.P Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act in favour of the petitioners on dated 31-01-2000.

(ii) Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directed the opposite parties no.3 and 4 decide the representation/ application moved by the petitioners by hand and register post on dated 15-5-2023 accordance with law Under Section -76 (2) (3) Utter Pradesh land Revenue Code, 2006 contained as Annexure No.4 to this Petition."

Taking note of the facts as stated as also the period of pendency of application in issue, this petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.4- Tehsildar, Tehsil, Fatehpur- District- Barabanki to consider and decide the pending application, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, including Village Panchayat concerned and State of U.P., without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.

It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
