Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:-
"(a) To issue an order in the Nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned order dated-15.09.2021 which is passed by the opposite party no.1 i.e. the Commissioner, Ayodhya Mandal, District-Ayodhya as well as order dated22.08.2014 which is passed by the opposite party no.3 i.e. Sub-Divisional officer, Tahsil- Mushafirkhana, District- Sultanpur in Case No. 100/99, under section-176 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, bearing party name Raj Bahadur v/s Lal Bahdur & Others as contained in Annexure No. 1 and Annexure No.2 to this writ petition.
(b) To issue an order and direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to pass an appropriate reasoned order in light of objections as is raised by the petitioner in respect of Land Gata No.1145."
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner says that present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
To the aforesaid prayer, no objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the side opposite namely Sri R.P. Singh and Sudhir Kumar Misra.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
