Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-

"(i). Issue suitable direction to Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (South), Kanpur Nagar to decide the M.A.C.P Case No. 835 of 2019, (Chandrahas Mishra and another Vs. Kunal Tiwari and others), expeditiously, within a stipulated period."

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that aforesaid case is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (South), Kanpur Nagar to decide M.A.C.P Case No. 835 of 2019 in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. In case, adjournment is granted, Court shall record reasons for adjournment and may impose cost, if required.
