- The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection against a threat to their lives and property from private respondent no.4.
- At the outset, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to verify all the documents annexed with the writ petition.
- Put up this case as fresh on 17.12.2024.
- Meanwhile, if the petitioners apprehend any threat to their life and property, they may approach the respondent no.3, to seek protection. After a fresh evaluation of the threat assessment, the respondent no.3, shall accordingly take adequate measures.
