2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent No. 2 in the year 2023 is still pending. He further submitted that ground of appeal is annexed as annexure No.8 to the instant writ petiton.
- Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents shall obtain instruction in the matter about the status of the aforementioned appeal.
