- Heard Ms. Tinku Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Awadhesh Kumar Patel, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record.
- At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the elections have already commenced on 30.06.2024 and as such the petition has lost its efficacy. She further submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
- The aforesaid prayer as made by the learned counsel the petitioner is allowed.
- The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
