Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
At the very outset, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State states that as per the instructions obtained by him in the instant matter the FIR has already been registered as Case Crime No.131 of 2024, under Sections 366 I.P.C., Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
